These terms govern your use of the Vaelor website, game client and game server. By creating an account, downloading the client or playing, you accept them, together with the Server Rules and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to enter into this agreement, or have the permission of your parents or legal guardian. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of the service and for any purchase you make.

2. The service

Vaelor is a free game, offered as it is. The software and the service are provided without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the service will always be available, free of errors, free of attacks or free of viruses. Maintenance, restarts and interruptions can happen at any time.

3. Your account

You are fully responsible for your account, your password and everything that happens on it. Do not share them. We offer measures to help you, such as login limits and notifications of important changes, but they do not replace your care. We do not restore items, characters or coins lost because of shared passwords, scams, stolen accounts or negligence.

4. Coins and purchases

• Payments are donations that help keep the server running, and in exchange you receive coins that can be used in the game.
• Check the item, the value and your character before every purchase. Mistaken purchases are not reversed.
• Coins and items bought have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund. In that case, open a ticket and we will handle it. Chargebacks and payments of fraudulent origin lead to the blocking of the account.
• We are not responsible for the loss of value of items or coins caused by changes to the game.

5. Changes to the game

The game can be changed, rebalanced, restarted or reset at any time, including its rules, items, monsters, prices and economy. Characters, items and progress may be affected, and while the game is in its testing phase a reset can happen. We will try to warn you in advance when we can.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for lost profits or for indirect damages, including the loss of data, items, accounts or characters caused by errors, interruptions, attacks or game adjustments, nor for connection failures between you and the server.

7. Rules and termination

You must follow the Server Rules. If you break them, your account and its characters may be sanctioned or removed, and the service may be ended immediately and without refund. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time through a ticket.

8. Disputes

Questions about a decision must go through the support ticket system, as described in the Server Rules. We try to solve problems with the player first. These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the service.

9. Ownership

The game, the website, their texts, images and software are protected by copyright and belong to their respective owners. Some parts are based on open source software and keep their own licenses. Items, characters and coins in the game are part of the service, and you receive only a limited right to use them while the service exists. All rights reserved.
